With over 25 billion pins to explore, it's no wonder Pinterest is a favorite for many brides to use as their wedding muse. If you don't already have a Pinterest account, do yourself a favor and start one today. The great thing about Pinterest is not only gaining ideas from others, but sharing the pins and ideas you have found as well. If you don't want to share all the goodies you have found, you can always start a "private board", just in case you don't want anyone following you snagging any wedding ideas you have found. Check out Pinterest Fail as well, this may help you to see how not so easy a project or idea really is plus it's pretty funny.
When it comes to unique DIY ideas, crafts and antiques this is THE website to check out. Etsy is an online community where people are able to sell their home made products as well as unique antiques. You can use this source to have someone else create for you or you can draw from other's ideas and use this as inspiration to create your own. Perhaps you'll find that you are a natural at creating one-of-a-kind wedding favors or beautifully crafted bags. Etsy could be a way to make that extra honeymoon money by selling some of your own crafts.
My fiance and I looked through pre-made invitations, RSVP cards and saved the dates on this site. Then took a little from each one we liked to create our own. (Our Saved the Date Below) We then went through an Vista Print (another great online tool) to print them out. This saved us a ton of money!
The Knot is a great website for just about EVERYTHING wedding. Having a fall wedding and want a few ideas and inspirations? The knot breaks down wedding ideas by seasons, colors, budgets and local areas. Perhaps you don't have time to go and buy your party favors and wedding party gifts, you can order and customize all this through their online store. There is a reason this award winning site has become so popular. They are helpful with just about everything. Once the wedding is over and life really begins, check out their sister sites The Nest and The Bump for home and family planning.
